Information logistics - Inspera Content Server is a powerful solution for archiving, searching and reusing large quantities of digital content. It has advanced functionality for revision control and metadata processing. Inspera Content Server simplifies the content creation process through seamless integration with the most commonly used office support tools such as, for example, Microsoft Word.

Portals - Inspera Portal Server/Inspera Content Server is a flexible, scalable portal and publishing solution with tools for collaboration, communication and experience sharing, thus allowing all your company's web areas to be handled by one and the same solution.

Document management - Inspera Content Server makes it possible for enterprises to create, share and retrieve all mission-critical data using a simple and familiar user interface. The content is stored in the media-independent, long-term storage format XML and can be published using various media channels at the same time. This maintains the documentation in one location, and various published versions and formats are kept up-to-date at any given time.

Development and distribution of digital learning resources - The Inspera Content Server/Inspera Portal Server combination is an advanced solution for publishers developing and distributing the next generation of digital learning resources. The solution includes user-friendly authoring tools for various types of content varying from rich text and multimedia to exercises like ordinary text responses, multiple choice answers and drag and drop. In addition it supports assessment and feedback, hints and suggested solutions. Different versions of learning resources can be easily created to support cost effective versions for various target groups.

Rich support for editorial processes - Inspera Content Server is equipped with tools for support and manageable handling of editorial processes. Version control and history, rollback of documents, status, workflow, metadata, and editing can all easily be handled through the web-interface.

Virtual Learning Environment -  Inspera Learn (educational version) fulfills the requirements associated with the basic tasks of creating Virtual Learning Environments (VLE): planning, process-based collaboration, communication and evaluation. It has been developed in close cooperation with experienced teachers with a thourough understanding of VLEs and their uses in the classrom. This solution handles content management based on:  reusable learning objects, follow-up and evaluation through the teachers communication with entire groups or individual learners, as well as the structuring and planning of the lesson plan.

Training and course deployment - Inspera Learn (company version) fulfills the requirements associated with planning, developing, deployment and following up courses and internal training in companies and organisations. This service helps individual employees participate in an organisation's training initiatives in a planned way. The management and administration can efficiently follow up and continuously assess the content and progress using an built-in alert and reporting system.

eCommerce solution - Inspera eCommerce is a flexible ecommerce and subscription solution for content, services, and products, which makes it possible to adapt the communication and purchasing process.
