We believe that EdTech companies should place education at the center of everything we do, which is why we work to attain our vision to “evolve equality and access in education”. Without access, developing new solutions in digital assessment just isn’t worth it.
One of the key ways we do this is through a commitment, company-wide, to improve 1% everyday. Whether that’s in our skills, products or how we talk to customers.
Our impact, of course, reaches further than education, it affects everywhere we live and work as well as those in our team and all our customers’ daily lives. That’s why we commit to building a product with inclusion at its center, inclusion within the business, as well as flexible working for our team. We do all this while researching ways to reduce our environmental impact so we can lead the sector.
Inspera’s investor, CGE Partners, is proud to be a B Corp and their commitment to responsible investment drives us to improve our own sustainability practices.
In line with our vision, Inspera’s fully owned subsidiary, Kikora, runs an annual math marathon competition aimed for K-12 children in Norway and Sweden, with a view of promoting mathematical skills, digital literacy and the joy of learning.
Inspera employees are also encouraged to participate in various charity events, such as cycling for Melanoma Cancer Research and donating to Save the Children.
